Is it possible to place an order online and if so, what are the available payment options?
Online ordering is available and upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. The total time for delivery will depend on payment confirmation, processing time, and transit time. It can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days for in-stock items. Our customer support representative might call you to confirm your order. To avoid any delays, please confirm that the shipping address provided is accurate.
 Is the option of paying in cash upon delivery (COD) available?
Cash On Delivery is available for Karachi and other major cities. It is only available for orders under a certain limit (i.e., below PKR 25,000/-).
Are the prices of "On Order" products subject to change?
We strive to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent. However, due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates or government policies, we may need to make adjustments to prices without prior notice. The TechU Store reserves the right to change prices on the website at any time. To avoid any confusion, it is recommended to confirm the prices of "On Order" products by phone call before making any payments.
What's the shipping policy?
All products are shipped at our risk with delivery time applicable. We reserve the right to decline replacement if damage during shipping is very minor & negligible. In case of delay during shipment, the customer is expected to wait. We try our best to ship the products in the best packaging so products reach you in perfect condition.
Will the package be delivered to myhome/office address doorstep?
Yes. It will be delivered to the address stated on your shipping details. Make sure you have provided a valid and updated contact number so that you can be within reach at all times. The customer is expected to wait until the delivery is completed while it remains not in our hands but in the courier's.
What's the return policy?
The TechU Store does not have a refund/return policy other than under warranty terms. Change of mind is also not considered a valid reason for returning a product.

What is the purpose of writing reviews?
We value your feedback and want to provide other consumers with useful information when making purchasing decisions. As a TechU Store customer, you can submit reviews for items on www.tech-u.pk. We encourage you to share your thoughts, both positive and negative, about your experiences.
What's not allowed?
We are happy to provide a platform for customers to share their thoughts on products. While we appreciate your feedback, we ask that you limit your participation to one review per product and we reserve the right to remove any reviews that contain:
- Objectionable material such as offensive language, immorality, or illegal conduct.
- Promotional content including advertisements, repetitive posts, or reviews written by parties with a financial interest in the product or a competing product.
- Inappropriate content such as plagiarism, personal contact information, or commenting on other reviews. Please note that we do not accept reviews that are written for compensation or as part of a paid promotion package.
PLACING ORDERS
What do "On Order Only" items mean?
If a product is marked "On Order Only," it means that the product is not currently in stock and must be ordered from the supplier. Due to fluctuating dollar rates, it is recommended that customers call the company before placing an order for these products to ensure that they are aware of any potential price changes.

Where is your store?
The TechU Store is an e-commerce store based in Karachi. We do not have any physical outlet or location.
What are your store hours? What time should an order be placed?
Store Hours:
- Monday – Thursday, Saturday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Friday: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Sunday Closed.
Orders placed at times other than these will be facilitated the next working day. Our
customer support representative will call you to confirm your order.
