Shipping policy
We offer delivery services across Pakistan for your convenience. Here are the details of our shipping options:
1. Same Day Delivery:
Place your order before 5PM, and we will ensure same-day delivery within Karachi. This service is safe and reliable, providing you with a quick and efficient shipping experience. Payment should be made upfront after placing order for a seamless process.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery is available in Karachi and other major cities for orders up to PKR 25,000. Regular delivery charges will be applied to all COD orders. Estimated time of delivery may vary from 4 to 6 working days.
- Under the amendment in the Finance Act 2025-2026, courier companies are obliged to deduct 2% Withholding Tax and 2% Sales Tax (GST) on the value of the COD amount on behalf of customers and deposit it in the Government Treasury.
- Delivery charges and taxes must be paid in advance.
3. Non-COD Parcel:
Estimated time of delivery may vary from 4 to 6 working days.

All products are shipped at our risk with delivery time applicable. We reserve the right to decline replacement if damage during shipping is very minor & negligible.
