A batch of USB ports support high-end rigs loaded with peripherals, including both front and rear USB Type-C connectors with ultrafast USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 for transmission speeds of up to 20Gbps.

USB4 Support

PRIME X670 motherboard features USB4 support via a Thunderbolt (USB4) header. With an ASUS add-on card*, PRIME motherboards can enable bi-directional speeds of up to 40 Gbps on a single cable, while providing power to fast-charge devices. Additionally, this card has a daisy-chain function for multi-screen connection and supports up to dual displays with 4K resolution.

1. Same Day Delivery:

Place your order before 5 pm, and we will ensure same-day delivery within Karachi. This service is safe and reliable, providing you with a quick and efficient shipping experience. Payment should be made upfront after placing order for a seamless process.

2. Cash On Delivery (COD):

Cash on Delivery is available in Karachi and other major cities for orders up to PKR 25,000. Regular delivery charges will be applied to all COD orders. Estimated time of delivery may vary from 4 to 6 working days. 

  • Under the amendment in the Finance Act 2025-2026, courier companies are obliged to deduct 2% Withholding Tax and 2% Sales Tax (GST) on the value of the COD amount on behalf of customers and deposit it in the Government Treasury.
  • Delivery charges and taxes must be paid in advance.

3. Non-COD Parcel:

Estimated time of delivery may vary from 4 to 6 working days.

Returns & Exchange

You can exchange any product purchased from The TechU Store within 10 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery (applicable for non-COD orders).
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.
  • All On-Sale/Discounted items are exempted from any kind of return/exchange.

For damaged items, it is essential to provide an unboxing video as evidence. Please email the video within 10 days of purchase to initiate the replacement process.

If a product received does not match the description on our website, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange. To initiate a return, the product(s) must be undamaged, unopened, and returned with all packaging materials and documentation.
