Delivery & Shipping
We offer delivery services across Pakistan for your convenience. Here are the details of our shipping options:
1. Same Day Delivery:
Place your order before 5 pm, and we will ensure same-day delivery within Karachi. This service is safe and reliable, providing you with a quick and efficient shipping experience.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD):
The COD option is available in Karachi, for other major cities it is only available for orders under a certain limit (i.e. PKR 25,000). Regular delivery charges will be applied to all COD orders. Estimated time of delivery may vary from 3 to 5 working days.
3. Non-COD Parcel:
Estimated time of delivery may vary from 4 to 6 working days.
Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are approximate and may vary depending on the location and other factors. We strive to ensure safe and secure shipping for all orders.
Returns & Exchange
You can exchange any product purchased from The TechU Store within 10 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery (applicable for non-COD orders).
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.
- All On-Sale/Discounted items are exempted from any kind of return/exchange.
For damaged items, it is essential to provide an unboxing video as evidence. Please email the video within 10 days of purchase to initiate the replacement process.
If a product received does not match the description on our website, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange. To initiate a return, the product(s) must be undamaged, unopened, and returned with all packaging materials and documentation.
To raise a dispute, please notify us within 3-4 days of delivery by contacting our support team via email at techustore.sales@gmail,com or by calling 0313 8142995. Each dispute will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to find a fair resolution for both parties.
Refund Policy:
The TechU Store does not have a refund policy other than under warranty terms. Change of mind is also not considered a valid reason for returning a product.
Warranty Details
- To claim a warranty issue, reach out to us by email at techustore.sales@gmail.com
- Defective or faulty products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, refund, or replacement based on their warranty policies.
- Warranty claims will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, incorrectly installed, or subjected to abuse.
- Replacing faulty equipment is done after the official service agent confirms the warranty issue. The warranty process usually takes up to 30 working days to complete.
- Warranty eligibility applies only to products with warranty information mentioned on the product page. Products without warranty information are not covered.
